In the heart of the historic fabric, an old single-family house is transformed into two independent dwellings. The challenge: to ensure autonomy for each unit. Also, to resolve a shared access route from the main street to the upper dwelling.

STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
The Waterpavilion in Seurenheide is a proposal for the competition published in May 2022 by the City of Bergen (The Netherlands). The project, under the title “Framing Maasduiden”, was highly valued by the jury for formalizing a point of attraction on the lakeside, while preserving the natural environment. The design aims to bring together nature and architecture with the creation of a grid that frames the landscape.

The Elisa Antonella Square project is a proposal that seeks to offer an inclusive playground where all children can play with each other. For ease of orientation within the playing area, the program is organised in bands.
